You’ve got this! You know exactly what you want, and you have everything planned and organized. However, on the big day, it can be helpful to have an extra hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You won’t have to worry about suppliers needing assistance with parking or someone requiring an extension lead, for example.

  • We meet 4- 6 weeks before the wedding date to run through the entire day and to finalise any outstanding details. This includes a full venue ‘walk through’ and meeting the venue team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all suppliers, guests, etc. on the day.
  • Prospero will create a full wedding schedule and timeline that will be confirmed by the client (yourselves) and distributed to the suppliers working on the day
    Ensure that all suppliers have the correct venue/delivery address and what time they are expected to arrive.
  • Prospero will check local traffic conditions and alerts before the day to advise of any issues or planned roadworks that could affect suppliers arriving on time
    Ensure that all suppliers have the what3words grid reference in addition to the Sat Nav postcode.
  • Prospero will be on-site to coordinate your wedding for up to 12 hours.
