So, the big question has finally been popped, and you’re engaged – congratulations! This is such an exciting time, but planning your special day can feel overwhelming.

You might have amazing ideas but aren’t sure where to begin. Will you have enough time to plan everything? What if you forget something? It can be daunting. But don’t worry we are here to help.

  • Full venue search and my attendance with you at each viewing.
  • Full supplier sourcing and management.
  • Personalised wedding planning timeline to keep you informed and right on track.
  • Budget management and payment schedule reminders.
  • Logistic and guest assistance.
  • Assistance with styling and design to create the  perfect setting for your special day.
  • Assistance with venue set-up (this is always prior to the date where possible).
  • Where required, assistance with bridal and bridesmaid styling and practical fitting advice.
  • Table plan management.
  • Full wedding day timeline and itinerary.
  • On-site wedding day management, and assistance with post event clear up.
  • Where required, post event detail organisation (ensuring remaining wedding cake, flowers, decorations are returned to the correct person etc…
  • Up to six face to face meetings throughout the planning process (supplier meetings are not included in this).
  • Unlimited email contact, as well as regular Zoom meetings or phone calls throughout the planning process.
  • Plus everything in the Helping Hand and On the Day coordinator packages.
